In order to provide you with the best service, we request that all applications, life and annuity - be sent to dmi rather than direct to the carrier. This enables our case managers to scrub your applications for missing information or forms and track the case with the carrier until it is placed in force and you receive your commission. If you choose to send your business directly to the carrier, we request that you fax a copy of the application to us at 781-740-9778. You will be provided with case status throughout the process. You can also check your case status and communicate directly with your case manager through BrokerGear - secure, online link directly to our AgencyWorks database. BrokerGear Once your application is received, it will be reviewed to ensure it is complete or "in good order". If it is not, our case manager will contact you to advise what requirements are outstanding.
