We appreciate the necessity for you to get paid accurately and on time. Carolyn and Felicia will assist you with any problems you may have regarding commission payments on first-year commissions. We have dedicated contacts at each carrier to address commission issues quickly.
Many carriers now provide commission statements through their websites and no longer send statements to you in the mail. We recommend that you always request to be paid commissions via direct deposit (aka EFT). This eliminates any chance of lost checks and the need for stop payments and reissued checks, which often takes up to 10 days for the carriers to complete.
